PCF Insurance Services continues its acquisition spree, this time snapping up the insurance business of Kentucky Health Solutions in Lexington.

Commenting on the deal, financial terms of which were not disclosed, PCF Insurance chief executive Felix Morgan (pictured) said: “Our acquisition of the Kentucky Health Solutions team speaks to our strategic focus on expanding our footprint in key markets with insurance businesses that deepen our bench strength across our industry verticals.

“We want to ensure that every business we bring on has a long runway for growth ahead of them. By intentionally focusing on these types of transactions, we’re setting the stage for our long-term profitability.”

Due to its close location, Kentucky Health Solutions will integrate with PCF Insurance’s Louisville-based Maverick Insurance Group. The merger is expected to broaden the combined entity’s service capabilities in Kentucky and enhance the value it offers to clients across the region.

Kentucky Health Solutions specializes in health and life insurance products, offering plans for individuals and families. Their portfolio, which includes health, life, and dental plans, will complement Maverick Insurance Group’s existing property and casualty insurance services.

Additionally, Kentucky Health Solutions is recognized for its expertise in advising Medicare clients, helping seniors find cost-effective benefits that meet their specific health and lifestyle needs.

The swoop marks the 14th significant transaction by PCF Insurance in 2024, underscoring the company’s commitment to expanding its market presence through mergers and acquisitions.
